Vitacca Ballet & School for Dance Pre-Professional Performance Programs are for advanced dancers focused in classical and contemporary training. Dancers ages 8–18 may audition by video, or through an onsite class on April 12 or April 26. Dancers may attend either audition date/location or submit an audition video by June 1.

Our debut full length production features an evening of original works, including a highly anticipated World Premiere titled Hypnotic Forces by International Guest Choreographer Garrett Smith. This fresh and diverse evening of contemporary ballet is one not to be missed. 

Vitacca Ballet brings to life new works created especially in and for Houston. Join the energy and see works by Artistic Director Kelly Ann Vitacca, Ballet Mistress Tina Kay Bohnstedt, and Guest Choreographer Madison Hicks. Audience favorite Somewhat Closer by Garrett Smith will also be returning to the stage.

Houston’s contemporary ballet company showcases a fresh experience which brings vibrant energy to the Houston and Texas arts scene.
